Frequently asked
What if I don't know the exact birthday?
That's fine. Rescues and shop adoptions often have no exact date. Turn on "I don't know their birthday" and enter the day they first came home — we read the chart from that date.
How are my photos used?
Only to build the report and the four AI images. We keep them so you can revisit the gallery, and delete them when you ask. Please don't upload photos centred on a human face.
How long does it take?
About 5–10 minutes after payment. We email you the result link when it's ready, so you can close the page and come back.
Do you support animals other than dogs and cats?
Yes — rabbits, hamsters and birds too. For anything else, choose "Other"; we read them with body language that fits their species.
