Terms of Service

These English Terms govern SuperMatch Pet, operated by STUDIO Hwagok Super, and cover service use, payment, refunds, intellectual property, and liability limits.
1. Service
SuperMatch Pet creates AI pet portraits and an eight-section essay using pet information, photos, Saju-inspired interpretation, and MBTI-inspired mood signals.
The operator is STUDIO Hwagok Super, represented by Hyeongjin Park.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 14 years old or have appropriate guardian consent.
3. Product
The product includes AI Saju-inspired analysis, four portraits, an eight-section essay, gallery, and downloads.
The price is KRW 9,900 regardless of locale.
One payment creates one language result. A different language requires a new purchase for the same pet.
Regeneration may be supported up to three times per purchase chain.
4. User duties
Users must provide accurate information and must not upload photos or materials that violate others' rights.
Photos containing human faces, unsafe content, hate, violence, sexual material, illegal content, or likely copyright infringement may be rejected.
5. Payment and refund
Payments are processed through PortOne card checkout.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy at /legal/refund.
6. IP and license
Users may use paid generated images and essays for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The SuperMatch Pet brand, UI, software, copy, logo, and operational data remain protected.
7. Disclaimer
Saju and MBTI-inspired interpretation is entertainment content and does not guarantee real personality, health, behavior, or future events.
The service is not medical, veterinary, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
AI outputs may contain errors or unexpected expressions.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Material changes will be announced 30 days before they take effect where practicable.
