Refund Policy

This English Refund Policy reflects the cost structure of AI-generated digital content while protecting users from failed generation or delivery errors.
1. Refundable cases
AI generation failure with no deliverable result.
System, payment verification, email, or gallery access errors that prevent delivery.
Within seven days after payment if the content has not been viewed, subject to review.
2. Non-refundable cases
Simple change of mind after viewing portraits or essay.
Subjective dissatisfaction with AI style or interpretation.
Incorrect user-provided pet information or unsuitable photos may not qualify for refund.
3. How to request
Email supermatchbyhs@gmail.com with payment ID, account email, pet name, and reason.
Manual refunds are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Card issuer timing may vary.
4. TEST API period
Until PortOne merchant approval, payment infrastructure remains in TEST API mode while the user interface follows the production flow.
