Refund Policy

This Russian Refund Policy reflects the cost structure of AI-generated digital content while protecting users from failed generation or delivery errors.

1. Digital content

SuperMatch Pet creates AI reports and images from pet information and uploaded photos.

Generation begins after payment and usually takes about 5-10 minutes. After generation starts or results are delivered, refunds for simple change of mind may be limited.

Cancellation before generation starts may be reviewed by support.

2. Pre-payment notice

Users must confirm the digital-content notice before payment.

The acceptance status, timestamp, and notice version are stored with the order for refund review and dispute handling.

3. Refund or regeneration cases

Duplicate payment, paid order without generated results, broken email result link, damaged image/report files, confirmed generation failure, or service-side upload/generation errors may qualify for refund or regeneration after review.

4. Limited cases

After results are provided, simple change of mind, subjective preference differences, wrong user-provided information, or unsuitable photos may not qualify for refund unless a service error is confirmed.

Deleting a report does not itself mean a refund. A new purchase may be required to create a new result after deletion.

5. How to request

Email supermatchbyhs@gmail.com with order number or payment ID, payment email, pet name, issue details, and any screenshots or attachments.

Requests are reviewed within 3-7 business days. If eligible, cancellation or refund follows the payment method policy, and card issuer timing may vary.
